I worked with Terri 30 years ago.  When I was ready to upgrade from my townhouse to a garden home, Terri handled that transaction for me.  Since it was my first sale of a home, she guided me the entire way.  Then after 10 years or so, I was getting married and had to sell the garden home.  This was during the Great Recession of 2007.  Not a fun time to be selling a home!  This one was a little tougher with more time and patience.  Then my husband decided to buy our “together home”.  Terri helped us find our new home.  This was not an easy proposition as my husband and I were wanting different things.  She managed to find us something that fitted both of our needs.  A few years later, my parents passed away and Terri sold that home for me.  I have had lots of experiences with Terri.  Terri’s knowledge of the real estate market is amazing.  As with every sale or purchase, that were things that needed to be done and she was able to provide resources to help.  She certainly knows her business, is respected by other Realtors and other clients.  She takes all the hassle and worries away.  She is one remarkable woman!  You will truly love working with Terri.
